About the Development Process
For about two years, the selected professionals will be hired for the position of CLD Auditor and will participate in a robust training course, with international exposure.
The new CLDs will work in the internal audit team, having the opportunity to learn end-to-end processes, identify risks, and map transactional controls across various sectors. It is expected that these professionals will be the protagonists of their careers, so that, upon successful completion of the program, they can be placed in their area of interest within the business.
